Terms and Conditions
I am so excited to help bring your visions to life and make those special occasions even more memorable. I hope to make the process as stress free as possible. Please feel free to browse my social media to ensure that I am the right fit for you and your event and my style matches your vision. Once you are happy send me your enquiry with as much detail as possible and I will get back to you to discuss your enquiry further. All cakes can be personalised with ages, names and themes of your choice.
Please note that if you send me a photo of a cake from another cake designer, I will only use this as inspiration and it will not be an exact copy of that work. I will put my own style and design to it.
Celebration Cakes,Cupcakes and Biscuits
When you have received your bespoke quote and you are happy to proceed I require either payment in full or 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance of your order is due the week before collection. Bookings less that £60 or if the event is less than 2 weeks away are required in full.
Design changes cannot be made less than 2 weeks before collection. Cake flavour changes cannot be made less than 1 week before collection.
I do not cater for allergies or intolerances, as I work in a kitchen which handles all of the allergens I cannot guarantee there will not be traces present.
Delivery within Northamptonshire can be arranged but will be calculated and charged accordingly.
Celebration Cake orders can be made 3 months in advance.
Cupcakes and Biscuits are available to order at a minimum quantity of 12. Cake care instructions will be sent to you to ensure your cake or treats stay in the same condition as when they leave my kitchen.
Once orders have been collected or delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow the cake care guidance given.
Wedding Cakes
Wedding cake prices are quoted on a bespoke basis. When you have received you first initial quote from me it is then valid for 48 hours. If you would like to secure your date with me a £150.00 non refundable deposit will required. When this has been received your order is secure and we can then discuss further design details and flavours.
Final payments are due 1 month before your wedding. This payment can be split into 2 but the final payment must still be made 1 month before.
Payments to be made by bank transfer, payment details will be included on quotes. Once final payments have been received, changes cannot be made.
For 3 tiered cakes ordered, there is an option to purchase a cake tasting box to help you choose your cake flavours for each tier.
Delivery and set up will always be calculated and included in your quote. For peace of mind all wedding cakes will be delivered and set up by myself to ensure you wedding cake looks the best it can possibly look.
